"The most beautiful jazz band I've ever seen", the legendary Leif "Smoke-rings" Andersson exclaimed during a sunny summer-festival gig a few years ago. Based in Stockholm, Sweden, Jazzin' Topzies is one of the few bands still familiar with early big-band style, where great jazz profiles such as Duke Ellington and Fletcher Henderson once acted. Musical leader is Bent Persson, one of the world's most well reputed Armstrong-interpreters.

Jazzin' Topzies can often be seen at the legendary jazz pub Stampen in the heart of Stockholm, as well as on jazz festivals all over the country. The band has also collaborated with world-famous jazz profiles such as Dan Barrett, Tom Pletcher and Bob Hunt.

Recently, the record "Deep Rhythm" was released to celebrate the band's 10-year anniversary.
